- Is there really a free tier?
- Yes. The Starter plan is free forever with up to 100 responses per month. No credit card required to sign up. If you exceed the limit, responses are simply paused until the next billing cycle.
- Do you charge per response?
- No. Every plan includes a generous response allocation. You pay a flat monthly fee, not per response. This makes your costs predictable as you scale.
- Can I switch plans at any time?
- Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you want. When upgrading, you get access to new features immediately. When downgrading, changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
- What happens if I hit my response limit?
- Your existing data stays intact and you can still access your dashboard. New survey responses are paused until the next billing cycle, or you can upgrade to a higher plan for immediate access.
- Do you offer annual billing?
- Yes. Annual plans save you 2 months — Growth is $290/yr (vs $348/yr monthly) and Scale is $890/yr (vs $1,068/yr monthly). Toggle between monthly and yearly billing on this page.
- Is there a discount for startups?

- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. For Scale plans, we can also arrange invoicing and bank transfers for annual contracts.
- Can I import data from Delighted or other NPS tools?
- Yes. We support CSV imports so you can bring your historical NPS data from Delighted, Wootric, or any other tool. Your historical trends are preserved.
