Thrilled early access

Thrilled is now accepting early access signups. The initial release includes the embeddable NPS widget with a single script tag setup, a real-time response dashboard, AI-powered theme analysis on Growth plans and above, weekly Slack digests with AI summaries, CSV data export and import (including Delighted migration support), smart survey triggers based on user events, and a full REST API. Plans start at $0 with the Starter tier.

Beta program opens

Thrilled opens its closed beta to 200 SaaS teams. The beta includes the core NPS widget, basic dashboard analytics, and early access to the AI analysis engine. Beta participants help shape the survey trigger logic, Slack integration workflow, and dashboard layout. All beta feedback is collected through Thrilled itself.
